These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Artwork to you (Contract).

We amend these Terms from time to time to reflect the changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements. Every time you wish to order Artwork, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time.

Our Artwork
The images of the Artwork on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately your Artwork may vary slightly from those images.
Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements are approximate.
Use of our site
Your use of our site is governed by our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read these, as they include important terms which apply to you.
You may only purchase Artwork from our site if you are at least 18 years old.
How we use your personal information
We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please take the time to read our Privacy Policy, as it includes important terms which apply to you.
Contract Execution
After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Artwork has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
If we are unable to supply you with Artwork, for example because that Artwork is no longer available, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Artwork, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
Refund and Returns
If you wish to cancel an order before you have received a Dispatch Confirmation then you should let us know as soon as possible and we will refund any payments you have made in full.
You have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 at any time within the “cooling off period” of fourteen working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
To cancel a Contract, you just need to let us know in writing that you have decided to return the work. The easiest way to do this is to e-mail us at hello@dianewallace.art. If you use this method we will e-mail you to confirm we have received your cancellation.
If you cancel your Contract we will refund you the price you paid for the Artwork and refund any delivery costs you have paid.
We will refund you within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Artwork back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the Artwork back to us.
We will refund you using the same means of payment as used to pay, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any damage caused by you to the Artwork.
You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible and not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the Contract.
Please note, original artwork, purchased in person and commissioned or personalised artworks are excluded from this policy. If for any reason you don’t love your original artwork, please contact me to arrange an exchange for another work of the same value.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@dianewallace.art and send your item back to us.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery
We will contact you with an estimated delivery date, but occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an events outside our control.
Delivery of an Order shall be completed when we deliver the Artwork to the address you gave us and the Artwork will be your responsibility from that time.
International delivery
If you order Artwork from our site for delivery to an International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Artwork are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
